Let’s Connect is a multicultural senior citizens club.

 

Meet :               Every Wednesday     6:30 – 10:30PM ( All activities )

Every Second and fourth Friday of the month,  5 – 8:30PM table tennis and Pool.

Every first and fourth Saturday of the month 5-8:30 pm (Movies or Bingo or Trivia )

    • Cards, Dominos, Backgammons and others.
  • Outings, dining out, Weekend away trips.

 

Fees:

Annual Membership:   $15

Door Fee:   Members, Casuals $3

            Profile:

We are a new and rapidly expanding multicultural senior citizen club that occupy GlenEira council premises.

Objectives:

1-To promote social interaction and address the effect of negative isolation. 
2-To encourage unity in diversity and celebrate ethnic values. 
3-To encourage members to be active by participating in light sportive activities. 

Activities:

1- Providing light sportive activities eg: table tennis, carpet bowling, dancing and billiards. 
2- Coaching them to encourage participation and to give them self­-confidence and to eliminate fear of not capable or failure. 
3- To provide other social activities for members who are not able or not willing to play sort. 
4- To provide transport for members who cannot drive. 
5-To run educational programs re health ageing and members hobbies. 
6- To provide healthy ethnic food. 
7- Engage local business so members receive discount and educational knowledge. 
8-Excursions and days trip.
