Ro Morrison’s next Musical Theatre Melodies broadcast on Tuesday, 16th June will feature a 50th anniversary tribute to the Stephen Schwartz musical The Baker’s Wife (based on the film “La Femme du Boulanger” by Marcel Pagnol & Jean Giono, from the 1976 original U.S. tour cast recording starring Paul Sorvino, Patti LuPone, Kurt Peterson, Teri Ralston; plus additional numbers written for the 1989 London production from the cast recording starring Alun Armstrong, Sharon Lee Hill, Jill Martin, George Raistrick, James Villiers, John Bennett and Neil McCaul.
The broadcast will commence at 9 p.m. EST
